Endlich wieder Kinozeit im NIRGENDWO! Mit der neuen Event-Reihe „Kino für alle“ kommt jeden letzten Mittwoch im Monat ein neuer Film in den Wriezener Park! Diesen Sommer werden 3 Veranstaltungen stattfinden.

Am 28.08.2024 zeigen wir verschiedene Kurzfilme mit dem Thema „Natural cycles, female cycles“

Movies:

1. Moon inside you directed by Diana Fabianova (1hr13)

The Moon Inside You is a fresh look at a taboo that defines the political and social reality of both women and men in a more profound way than society might be willing to admit. Facing the menstrual etiquette with doses of humor and self-irony, the documentary approaches the subject through both personal and collective references, thus challenging our preconceived idea of womanhood.

2. Cycles by Anjuna Hartmann and Johanna Brunner (12:26 minutes)

How do female athletes navigate their menstrual cycle, and how does it impact their performance? Johanna Brunner and Anjuna Hartmann take their experimental and action-packed film project, “Cycles,” a step further: they openly and honestly explore the transformative power inherent in the female cycle, aiming to raise awareness among viewers about their own inner phases.

3. The Red Path by Myriam Negre (7:12)

A short film discovering the awakening to the sacred dimension of menstruation. I wanted to make visible the taboo of menstrual blood and shake up the prejudices and beliefs towards the most powerful tool that a woman has, her menstrual blood.

Initiiert wurden die Screenings vom „Kino für alle“-Kollektiv mit der Koordinierungsstelle Natur-, Umwelt-, Klima- und Nachhaltigkeitsbildung Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg. Finanziell möglich gemacht ist die Veranstaltung durch die Stadtteilkasse Friedrichshain-West.

Finally cinema time again at NIRGENDWO! The new event series ‘Cinema for all’ brings a new film to Wriezen Park every last Wednesday of the month! This summer 3 events will take place.
